Con tul, fornituras y abalorios... / With "tul", metallic adornments and beads...

Aquí os dejo una ideilla que se me ocurrió hace unas semanas.

Es un broche muy sencillo pero elegante, ideal para llevarlo en la solapa de un abrigo, en un jersey, una bufanda o incluso prendido en un bolso.

Se me ocurrió que la mezcla de fieltro con adornos metálicos y abalorios debería quedar interesante, así q lo puse en práctica, la verdad es que es muy fácil de hacer, apenas tardé mucho en confeccionarlo. Pero una vez que lo hube terminado pensé que le faltaba algo...así que busqué un poco de tul y se lo cosí alrededor, y quedó así como lo veis :)

Eso sí, coser el tul para que quede solapado tiene su trabajo, pero con paciencia todo se puede.

Espero que os guste la idea, yo seguiré practicando con esta fusión :)


Here I leave you a little idea that came to my head a few weeks ago.
It’s a simple but elegant brooch, ideal to wear in a coat’s lapel or in a sweeter, in a scarf or even in a bag.

I just thought that the mix of felt with metallic adornments and beads could result very interesting, so, I put it in practice, the truth is that is very easy to make, it didn’t take a long time for me to finish it. But once I had finished it I thought that it needed something more…so I search for a piece of…well, in Spanish the fabric name’s is “tul”, I don´t know it’s name in English, well, as I were saying, I took a piece of tul and I sewed around, and …here is the result :)

Well, I have to say that sewing the tul around the felt’s circle was a hard work, but with patience you can do whatever you want.

I hope you like this idea, I will keep on practicing this fusion :p
